“Pipe Dreams” is my homage to all the tales, life lessons, and accomplishments in a long life that can live quietly behind an old man’s eyes. This gentleman’s weathered face tells of many years of adventure, travel, heartache, and grand passion. Memories and nostalgic daydreams float around the canvas along with his pipe smoke. Partially inspired by my father and those evenings when he feels like reminiscing and launches into stories of “the way it used to be”.
